These Terms of Service govern your use of Empire Mobile Detailing's website and services. By accessing our site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Services
Empire Mobile Detailing provides professional car detailing services including interior/exterior cleaning, paint correction, and ceramic coatings. Service availability is based on scheduling and location.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
A deposit may be required to hold your appointment. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

3. Mobile Services
If booking mobile detailing, please ensure: Your location is accessible and safe to work in. There is adequate space and permission for service (driveway, parking lot, etc.) Access to water or power if needed (we will notify you in advance)

4. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed .We accept Card and Cash.

5. Liability
Empire Mobile Detailing is not liable for: Pre-existing damage or wear on the vehicle Loss or damage due to conditions outside of our control (e.g., weather, third-party interference)

6. Service Guarantee
We stand by our work. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Website Use
You may not use our website for illegal or unauthorized purposes. All content (text, images, branding) is the property of Empire Mobile Detailing.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
